Loved this place ! So bright and beautiful abd cozy with great customer service!.
Staff was amazing, room had great air conditioner along with full kitchen including dish washer. Vary clean. Problems, I love dogs but barking dogs not so much. Late night party people in hall talking loudly and arguing. Ice machine down stairs. And a bit pricey but it was the last room, so my only real problem is the late (12:45 to 2:00) woke me 3 times.
Absolutely Love staying here!! The staff are friendly, fun, & always have a smile. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. There's NO swimming pool, but they do have a Gym and a Pavillion outside with tables, chairs, & 2 grills you can use. Staying here always feels like home. I would recommend it to anyone!
So I am giving this Candlewood 5 stars based on the friendliness of the staff. We stay here because of proximity to my father in laws house and have had a peaceful stay every time. Check in is quick and you’re just a few minutes from downtown. The rooms are what you would expect, clean, basic, and comfy bed. There are other places we could stay when we visit but no matter who is working the front desk, they always greet you with a big smile and genuinely ask you how your day is going. Very good spot off the highway if your traveling
Nice new clean property. Large room with cooktop, full size fridge and microwave. Large comfy bed and pillows. Plenty of parking available. Hotel is designed for Extended Stays so room cleanings are on a schedule and not everyday. Overall very nice stay, would recommend if you are staying El Dorado!
This place was awesome!! So clean and crisp looking, so cool upon walking in and just the best place I’ve stayed in so far during the past few months I’ve traveled. I can’t even tell you how happy and satisfied after many hours of traveling to walk in a place this nice and clean and just to know I’d be sleeping so good that night!! The staff was super nice and helpful and although they didn’t have everything they usually offer for breakfast they had way better options than all other places I had been to!! I mean WAY BETTER!! I would definitely return to here if ever needed again!! It is worth the money you spend here without a doubt!!
LOVED our stay here! We had to evacuate SWLA for hurricane Laura. The rooms were great, especially since we had to stay almost a week. Plenty of room for my family and our two little dogs. We had all the amenities of home. The staff was so nice and helpful. Michelle the manager took care of us and even waived the pet fee for us since we were evacuees! Would definitely recommend staying here! (Only complaint is they didn't have a pool.... You actually have to walk next door to their other hotel and use that pool.)
